ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Paul Jarman
Paul has gained his experience in over 20 years of working in businesses both large and small, in positions such as; Chief Operating Officer, Transformation Director, and Head of Organisational Development. He has worked with businesses such as Lloyds TSB, Towergate Insurance, Hoist Finance & Trust Payments amongst many others.
He also founded and ran a successful retail business in the gifting sector, so has ground level knowledge of small business start up and growth.
His experience combined with formal Coaching & NLP accreditations, means he brings together all aspects of consulting, mentoring, coaching and leadership when engaged on a project.
Personally he gets his motivation from his time helping individuals and businesses maximise their growth potential, delivering transformational differences to businesses and lives.
